DLD RESERVATION POLICY

To reserve dates on our calendar, we ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit. For events we may charge initial deposits differently.

The remaining balance is paid 2 months before the arrival or event date. If the reservation is less than 2 months away, the full amount will be due.

CANCELLATIONS

We allow guests with reservations that more than 2 months away, to request a change of dates with no penalty fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the new dates chosen.

You may also request a stay credit for the amount of your original payment (with a 1 year expiration date from the date of your original reservation).

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Reservations that are less than 2 months away from the arrival date, and must cancel, are entitled to a stay credit worth 70% of the original payment (with a 1 year expiration date from the date of the original booking).

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

Reservations that are cancelled within 1 month of arrival are entitled to a stay credit worth 50% of the original payment (with a 1 year expiration date from the date of the original booking).

No shows and cancels within 48 hours of arrival are not entitled to any credit and lose their paid deposits completely.
